Well, i guess that since it's from December 2006... it might be a bit outdated.
But Brandon should reply to clear things out.

Yeah it is pretty out dated. Brandon is it fine I upload the file or do you have an updated version that you can let me use.

You can use that xml, but we have our own presets in vbseo now.
It's option #6 for the url structure ;)
