How do you get this thing working?

I try to run it and it just spits out a bunch of code like this:
till my browser freezes up.

Then I FTP in and check all the folders where its supposed to of made a file and there is nothing.

Anyone know how to work this thing?

might want to reinstall the mod and start from scratch. that usually fixes any errors....

Did you upload all the files? And if you, did you set all the proper permissions on them? I would just upload them all and start from scratch like mentioned already. But make sure you read the instructions and make sure you add the httacess to your htaccess. If you dont do all the steps it will act funky.

ok, one last question then.

when it created the sitemaps, it made about 30 .gz files.
which one do I point google webmaster tools at?
I know it automaticly pings google and stuff but I'd like to at least do my part and fill in the form on the webmaster page.
So what should I type in for the google webmasters sitemap?

You point the sitemap_index.xml.gz.
