You'll want to contact Jelsoft with the contact us link at vb.com
Here is a sort post from one of the threads on our forum.
  1. Buyer (B) sends money to Seller (S) via paypal.
  2. B transmits personal information to S
  3. S transmits B's personal info to Jelsoft (JS), along with S's personal info for verification
  4. JS verifies that the license is eligible for transfer
  5. JS sends B an email
  6. B accepts JS offer through email
  7. B becomes a JS customer if they aren't one already
  8. License is removed from S's customer number
  9. License is transferred to B's customer number
I would put contact JS first tho, you don't want to send money if the license isn't legit.
