Hawks post of 100 bucks a month made me reread the thread. Thats Mossos cost as well. Mossos is a reeseller account.
Since that time Mosso has been 1000% better. Their support is exceptional.
They use clusters and rack space technology.

They had some problems with mysql degradation intermittently but for the most part they are living up to their proclamations of 99% uptime. No where near that in the past. But Im glad i stuck it out with them.

I am using Vodahost.com now and I haven't had downtimes. It seems to work but I am curious what do you think this The BEST vBulletin hosting service: Installation of vBulletin, vBulletin tutorial

I'm using Hostgator.com on a shared server plan.

Unlimited domains and mysql databases.

Currently running a forum and a blog.

$8 per month, not bad.
