welcome to vbsetup

As said Brandon, what have you already done, and then maybe we can or help step by step to achieve what you want or you can ask someone to do it for you but you'll have to explain as well...

me and the little lady spent all day yesterday trying to get a new skin loaded and running correctly. even spoke with miner.

watch out OS master i just might take u up on that

yes i have it turned off right now. me and the little lady have spent countless hours trying to get a miner skinz loaded and working correctly. with no luck.

now it has come to my attention that css skin styles are the best for a no brain er like my self.

i am going to try to load a css style skin of Peggy's and see if that will work. if not then i will hire out.

i really do appreciate your willingness to help a fellow member out.

if i can just get the skin loaded and working correctly then i feel i can move ahead and start making all my forum areas and such.?

i have no idea what the best way to go about this is. i have yet to find a good post on or a post period for that matter on setting up and starting a forum?

i hope you don't mind if i ask you a few questions? that would be great.
thanks so much your pal mark

No problem. Most likely you have to upload some files and import the file in your Admin CP.

thanks buddy

i found the answer from dee jay dan

Rage,

If you're using one of Miner's skins make sure you download it from Miner's 3.6.8 section. If the skin works but you do not see any images make sure you uploaded them to the proper place. By default all Miner's skins put their images in /images/styles/<stylename>. On a default vBulletin install you have to manually create the styles directory under images.
i figure i will post this for the next poor guy that has this problem

this is what its all about helping each other

Yeah, since I won a vBskinWorks skin for this month I had to do the same thing. So I'm glad everything's working for you!
