What are some good images to use as a default avatar?

I've added the Default Avatar mod to several of my forums now, but could use some better/more generalized images to use with it. I considered some like fake error messages that said "Avatar not found", but I don't want it to look like there are error messages all over.
On one forum the default avatar is an ice cream cone, on another an image of a bite taken out of a piece of paper with the words "The dog ate my icon".
On another forum I made the default avatar a yellow flower, figuring the men would quickly change it to avoid looking girly and the women would change it to avoid looking like everybody else. But that kinda backfired and now I have rows and rows of yellow flowers in the introduction section.
Now I'd like a good default avatar for my science forum... any ideas?

that one ^^ is the default for the vb visitor messages if the person has no avy right? i made on myself for my site, you can prolly do the same....

Yeah - I like custom avatar that fits the style/layout of the forum.
