Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 600×600 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a white color. Now select the Rounded Rectangle Tool, above your screen under the options palette choose Fill Pixels, set the radius to 8 px and check anti-aliased. Then create a new layer and draw a rounded rectangle with #E1E1E1 color shade and 346×130 px dimensions.

Step 2:

In a new layer draw a smaller rounded rectangle with #676767 color shade and 324 x 41 px dimensions. Then cut the bottom half of the rounded rectangle.


Step 3:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your half rounded rectangle layer.

Step 4:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Arial, regular, 13 pt, smooth and white color shade. In a new text layer type 'BROWSE GAMES' for the title of the section.

Step 5:

Create a new layer and draw a white rectangle with 324×38 px dimensions.

Step 6:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your white rectangle layer. Then set the layer's opacity level to 26%.

Step 7:

In a new layer draw a smaller white rectangle. Then select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Arial, regular, 12 pt, none and #606060 color shade. In a new text layer type your first game link.

Step 8:

In a new layer draw a black circle with 30 x 29 px dimensions. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay and Stroke blending options.

Step 9:

Add the rest of your game links with its own gaming design.

Step 10:

Add a rectangle marquee selection at the same spot shown below. Then copy the selection through Edit > Copy Merged, paste it on your canvas and drag it out of the content box.

Step 11:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to the shape design from step ten.

looks nice, i love the use of the gloss gradient, always a nice touch when putting a sleak image like that together.
