3D Footer.
Step 1:
Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 1000×1000 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a white color. Now create a new layer and draw a large white rectangle for your content body. Then add a 1 px border with #F7F7F7 color shade around the while white rectangle.
Step 2:
Select the Brush Tool and set the size to a 45 px soft brush. In a new layer draw paint a black circle on the left corner of your white rectangle design. Then cut the out the black paint inside the white rectangle using your Marquee Tool.
Step 3:
Now go to Edit > Transform > Perpsective. Play with the settings until you get the right shadow position, you might have to do some erasing to get the right look. Then set the layer's blending mode to 10%.
Step 4:
Duplicate your shadow design and flip it the other way for the other end.
Step 5:
Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Arial, regular, 14 pt, none and black color shade. In a new text layer type out your copyright info with the navigation links below it, use a smaller font and #0092F6 color shade for your navigation links.
Step 6:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your white rectangle layer. Then set the layer's opacity level to 26%.

Step 8:
In a new layer draw a small black circle with 30 x 29 px dimensions by the bottom left corner of your white rectangle design. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Outer Glow and Stroke blending options. Make sure you add the same black circle design on the opposite end of your white rectangle design.

Step 9:
Create a new layer and select the Line Tool, under the options palette choose Fill Pixels, 1 px weight and anti-aliased checked. Now draw a 1 px black line around your footer links. Then set the layer's opacity level to 3%.
Step 10:
In a new layer add a soft black circle using your Brush Tool with a soft brush. Then add the same soft black circle design on the opposite end of the 3D footer.
