Need help with round logo

I have an existing logo (my avatar) and I want to convert it into a round logo for stickers and tshirts, basically it needs to have the logo in the middle (inside spherical shape) and outside of it, I need to add text on the top and bottom (in spherical shape).

Any idea how to go about it and can any one help me with it?

Hi Yogesh,

Do you want the entire logo to be converted to a circle or can it be cropped ?
Do you want some padding (coloured or transparent) between the logo and text ?
