looks like I'll be house bound for 24 hours. they're calling for power outages from the weight of the ice on the power lines..

I stopped by the store on the way home and everyone was going nuts, buying everything on the shelves for backup because no one will be on the roads ..

well, I will in the morning to take Alissa to work, then I'll prolly go back to bed under the warm blankets

The arrow is pointing to my house, the streets are all icy right now, and I have about an inch of ice on my windows.. We will use her car in the morning, under the shelter and with a good heater

wow, my tree's about looking really sad
I'll take some pictures here in a min.
There are a few thousand ppl without power in Topeka, I still have power but my cable is out ..lol
I had to switch it over to the antenna, using the cable as the antenna.. It doesn't work very well, but I can listen to local news.
