everybody,

I am looking for a free script, program, CMS, or whatever it may be, to manage clients for a physical business.
The program can be very basic.

These are the necessities:

1. A database or directory of all my clients
2. Each client has their own "page" where address, phone number, e-mail, etc. can be recorded. (Like Outlook)
3. There also must be a field in each client's profile to list all appointments and a general description of the appointment reason and outcome

That's basically all. However, anything really fancy that does this and way beyond is even better.

These are not necessities, but would be nice to have:

1. A calendar system with the ability to schedule appointments in advance
2. A list of all appointments for a selected date range
3. Mass or individually e-mail clients

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or recommendations.

This is interesting and a good idea. I haven't seen anything like this although I'm sure theres something out there.
