Shiiit...My summer has been similar...hot hot hot.
We've had quite a few heat warnings throughout the summer (heat index of 105 or 115, I dont remember, or higher for 3+ consecutive days in a row). I've tried to go out wakeboarding and skyskiing as much as possible this summer, but it feels like not enough.
Though I've improved quite a bit with my wakeboarding this year. I'm getting much larger jumps, I'm able to do heelside (hs) 180's, hs indy grab 180, various grabs, olly 180's, blindside olly 180, and prolly more...can't remember...I took a really bad spill yesterday. Jumped pretty high, one of my highest, started rotating wrong, I landed it w/o the rope so I rode it for a second and then my heel side caught an edge and I "back flopped" on the water. Hit me so hard that my ribs feel bruised today, I still have a headache and I feel like I have whiplash.
Anyways, if you don't know what skyskiing is, check out
Sky Ski - Comptech Billet Hydrofoils & Accessories I'm able to get decent jumps on that as well. Been doing backflips on it

I've tried a few other tricks but took bad spills so I'm too afraid to keep trying them lol.
When I'm not skiing, I'm probably working on my sites during the day. I've been very pressured into getting everything done before I leave for school that way everything can run smoothly without me around much. And if I'm not on my sites, then I'm with my g/f of 5+ years

Been trying to spend as much time with her when she's off work and back home from school since we won't be able to see each other much when I start...well at least until May when she's done with school this May and can move out and find a job.
This has gotten really long...sorry to bore anyone. Maybe I should post this in a blog
