Which day of the week does your forum receives maximum traffic?


Which day of the week does your forums receive the maximum amount of visitors/posts?

In my case it would have to be Tuesdays, whether its posts, members logged in or guests, it seems on Tuesdays the whole forum is buzzing with activity!

Monday and Tuesday are popular days.

The weekend (sat/sun) usually there is a slump.

Just looked at my gaming site and Sunday of this month up to now is best, with Saturday being the slowest ... But for the whole of last month Wednesday just pops Sunday with Saturday coming in last.

I haven't noticed much of a pattern for vbulletinsetup.

I haven't really noticed a pattern for my traffic either, seems every time I think I see a pattern it will change the next day or week and be completely different.

Fridays do seem a bit slower though I guess compared to the rest of the week.

No idea why, but mine is Tuesday. I don't have many members at my site yet.. (only 11), but about 6 log on every Tuesday for some reason. :bigSmile:

On my DJ board Thursday & Sunday. Thursday because people are looking for info for their weekend gigs. Sunday because DJs are just winding down from their weekend gigs and wanna share war stories and/or BS about politics.

During the week Monday-Wednesday is pretty steady. My slowest days are Friday & Saturday when all the DJ's are sleeping and preparing for their shows.

Mondays, Tuesday is close behind. Weekends are dead, most of my members are 8-5 M-F workers.
