there is a litte modifacation on vb.org to allow use to post YouTube videos


I thought we could use this thread to play with the YouTube flicks..

it's easy to post, there is a youtube button, although its a little ugly right now, but I'll get it wider

anyways the youtube videos have a page of the URL that looks like

dyPhCO3LrtQ

this is what we put inside the yourtube tags [yt]

see if you can find something good on that site worth sharing

btw, you might want to turn the volume and just check out this dudes art

Brandon it is great modification for most sites. I also saw a modification on vb.org that allowed you to use one tag to play a few types of media, YouTube, Google, wmv, quick time, gif, and a lot more. One button instead of many would be great, no more figuring out which button to use for what file.
For all the stuff that is to be install, I need a backend so I can change the text are whatever other changes that I may need. I also need you to clean up the ftp on the site.

the media tag that your talking of doesn't work with 3.6.1+ vBulletin..

This is why I didn't add it, I just added this one for fun

what video extensions are you wanting ? I believe there are 4 hacks for video

I do not know, I wanted the guys to upload freely. I mostly use wmv and Quick time for the stuff that I do. Can you post or send me a link to the hacks you speak of?
