I'm not getting 8hrs sleep, but at least 6 or 7hrs a day.

You'll generally find the ones sleeping more than the eight (1/3 of your life wasted) are the more lethargic and easily exhausted types who prolly sport hangovers and take more sick days than most.

Us who sleep less have a lot more to accomplish in life and are hence motivated to GET THE HELL OUT OF BED!

I sleep about 6.5 hrs during the week, a bit more on the weekends.

I also sleep around 6 hrs.

It is weird that it use to be 8 hrs required sleep, and now it is up to 9!

I don't see how anything would get done with 9 hours of sleep, sure you are more rested and everything.

Well that might be it right there, more rested, less tired, and you do more in the amount of time you have while awake.

I should try it.
but if I go to bed before 11pm... I end up waking up 2-3 hrs later and then not going back to sleep.

We're all friggin insomniacs!

And PC's do it to you, when I used to watch TV I'd fall asleep, but watching PC means interacting and thinking plus there's some places to visit you just gotta squeeze that one more location in before ya crash out.
