how much sleep do you get ?


Just wondering how much sleep you guys get on average per night..
I'm lucky if i get 8 hours of sleep on the weekends. On the week nights I get from 6 to 7 hrs of sleep.. :troutslap:

Well since i met you brandon and got world-of-digital back 5-6 hours a night if iam lucky like now its 12.oclock over here, and iam still here and must be up for work at 6.30am lol
Iam glad to see this forum growing by the day m8 ;)

I'm starting to get comfortable with 6 hours of sleep.. We have talked about getting up an hr early in the morning and working out.. I hear if you work out in the morning, you can get two hours less sleep

LOL 4 hours is on the weekend. I have a lot on my plate just like most of you. when I get the forum up and running 100% i will have more time to sleep. 6 more weeks to go and than i can sleep the full 8.

I sleep about 4-5 hours a week I cant sleep anymore than that. I used to sleep for hours but with 3 kids Ive lost my spunk lol.:1cool:
