those all are not at all true automatic ones

i would say

low $XX with out development

but That a develope site will have higher value

It is basing it only on what established traffic looks like. It has nothing to do with what your site does. It is looking only at eyeballs that could find your site. Heck the big thing I got out of it was that I need to charge more for advertising.

Now given all that I'm sure no one would actually pay $6000 for my domain.

it's a nice little tool to "sorta" let you know what your site is worth.

That tool said mine was worth 8,500$ last night, and I looked again today and it says 7,700

either way, I'll sell that domain for 7 grand any day

Looks like the value went down...I was in the mid 20k the last time I checked that site and I've gotten better PR and Alexa rank since then... Oh well :P
