Which IM service(s)/program do you use?

Which IM service(s) do you use and what programs do you use to manage them?

For me I only use the AIM service but I use Trillian to manage it since I can't stand the way the AOL Program is headed. I really have no need for MSN or Yahoo or Google. No one I talk to frequently uses those programs.

I use an old school version of aim with DeadAIM. I just don't really like Trillian that much. I guess I am too stuborn and set in my ways.

Do you use each of their respective software or do you use something like Trillian to manage them all?

Ki's "Slap Yo Momma" Hot Wings

Dip wings in batter and deep fry in 1 1/2" of vegetable oil, heated to 350° for about 5 minutes.
Drain wings of oil, place in a large bowl, and cover the wings with the sauce you made earlier.
Place coated wings on a serving plate, dress with celery, and cups of blue cheese/ranch. Serve with beer. Genee Cream Ale is traditional, but any beer will do nicely

Re: Ki's "Slap Yo Momma" Hot Wings

how bout a healthy serving of steamed or grilled chicken breast. you see, i have to stay away from oil and fried foods because i work out at the gym to get ripped. so i was wondering what kind of "cook" should i do with chicken breasts so that it would still be tasty yet healthy at the same time. thanks in advance.

It all depends. Steamed chicken breast is always a good choice. Throw in some paprika, and whatever other herbs and spices you think might be good for your tastes. My suggestion? Try a little garlic, maybe a dash of cayenne pepper to give it a little flair. Always remember: you can always add ingredients, but you can't take them away.
