You read the title right. I'm making a moderator application to be released here on vbulletinsetup.com

Now, I just need some feedback as to what questions it should include in the application and any features you might want to see in it. It's going to be a pretty easy install for the most part. Just upload the files, import the product and set your settings in vBulletin Options in the AdminCP.

I'm thinking about making a radio button option in there as well, more for which position they're applying for. For example:

[] Moderator
[] Super Moderator

So, lets hear it. What do you want to see in it?

I was actually just looking for the moderator application hack, I know there was one at vBulletin.org or maybe it was vBHackers.com at one point, but I didn't seeit on the org last week.

I'll try to dig it up again, maybe you can see what they had but I would think something like

[]why do you want to help this forum
[]what skills can you bring to this forum
[]do you moderate on other forums
[]have you ever used the backend of a vBulleitn forum, do you know any of the options
[]where are you located, we like to have mods around 24/7
