Veenu, I just read that thread and they are actually saying that they would rather have 21 separate threads about all of the features you mention than one clear and concise one?

Do they really want to start the discussion about the importance of each point?

You actually might want to take the previous threads and put links to them in your first post. Might add some credibility to your requests. AND, it could make your thread the 'portal' to discussing each of these issues. But, as it stands, I can see that your thread is going to be ignored unfortunately.

There is no *feature request tracker*, the project tools play a role of vBulletin Bug tracker only. ALL suggestions and feedback go into that forum
