I'm like floored...that's beautifully put together (I can't imagine the prices) and really sets the bar for 'new' construction.

Granted their price will be insane, but if there was one thing that was thought we'd never be able to add more of that was real estate!
I dont think i could live on one of them out of fears for tsunami's or hurricans or an earth quake would probably just destroy it all. Guess we'll have to wait and find out.
