Starting a new forum


Well...I've gone and done it now!

I'm starting a new forum called Talk Scotland - Your source for information in Scotland!. It will have everything related to Scotland; travel and tourism, local events, local businesses and services, Scottish history, places of interest, etc etc.

It'll be a good project that I can document from the start now that I know what I'm doing. Track how long it takes to get indexed in google, launched right after a PR update so I've got about 3 months to get it up and running good lol.

Ideas floating about my head everywhere...I'm never going to get any sleep lol.

Stay tuned....

Oh...forgot to say, only using standard methods, i.e. no vBSEO 'cause I can't afford it!

I would love to travel to Scotland, unfortunately I'd need a boatload of money to go all the places I want to go Good luck with your site!

A wee update...

I've not really paying as much attention to this project as I should be. My efforts are still mainly focused on my first forum and improving that.

During the PR update it's went from PR0 to PR2 so it's not all bad. I just need a few weeks of constant care to get it running at full potential...don't know when that will be though.

I had a few RSS feeds posting for me while I've been on holiday etc. and to make it look busy but I don't want to keep them on for too long as I think it will go against me.
