Anyone into training here?
Well, this week I will start running.
2.5km every second day, after a few weeks I will start running 5km two times a week.
In school, we will also run 2km or 4km. This will also help me, so I can skip running on the spare time.
Any tips for me so I can get the best out of my training?
I don't want any fat muscles, I just want to be in good shape.
