I have **Removed links because no longer work** and the forum also.

Both are and are less than 4 months old. To check the forum just add to URL....

The website is also listed in already..

I am seriously thinking of selling it all...I do not/will not have time to devote to either in about 3 to 4 weeks from now...

The forum is vBulletin and also has vBSEO..

Also these pages do not have any boughten links, I have gotten a few back links from some pretty good sites..

the vb and vbseo alone can get 300$
the url being a pr4 and dmoz listed can get a good 300 just for it

with it all together, I would start asking at a grand and go up from there

Advertise it on Kraigslist.com, best way to publicize it.

that really isn't the "best" way to sell a site... and it's Craigslist i believe :p
