WHM is WebHost Manager, used when you've got a reseller account or other account where you manage multiple domains

I have this setup on our server ATM Parallels Business Automation
Not really Brandon, it all depends on how it is configured by the service provider. After my VPS was commissioned and had WHM/CPanel installed on it as well other normal software like Apache, MYSQL, APF etc. (without any site), it was consuming less than 64MB of RAM and even today it rarely crosses 256MB RAM.

well that's what I was told when I was picking servers
cpanel has a lot of stuff on it that I would never use, so that's why I say it's bulky

My vps has the VPS optimized version. It runs great. But I never had any problem with it using before. But yeah it has a lot of features no one ever uses. But it is easy to manage and works well
