What to do with a scraper?

I just wanted to ask some advice on a situation where my web copy that i wrote for my web site Stripers247.com was copied and used on another site. ********

Should i ask him to rewrite and modiffy, remove it, tell him its copywrited material, he should have asked permission with aknowledgement, report him to google?

i wanted to get some ideas, before i did anything as someone posted his link on my site and he quite possibly is one of my members.

Or is there not much of anything i can do.

If you could contact him calmly and tell him that you do not take kindly to him "scraping" your work I'm sure he will remove it. If not contact his host. That is the most you can do.

Thanks Vault.
He apologized and said he would remove it.
I told him to reword it and suggested maybe he offer back a link.
