There are times when blogging can be tough and it feels like we have just run out of ideas for our blog posts or as a freelancer we sometimes think there’s nothing else to write about. Where does the muse go when we are feeling like this, and how can we get it back?

1. Read within your niche.

2. Read within related niches.

3. Ask your readers about what they’d like to read on your blog.

4. Think of good questions and google good answers.

5. Visualize having written a great article.

6. Visit forums.

7. Visit article directories (Writer’s note: I think we can especially support this one!:-)

8. Analyze search data on topics that interest you.

9. Use keyword searches.

10. Read the news......

Do you guys find blogging useful on a forum? I like the CMS but not sure how the blogging helps as you already have the forum as a communication device.
