Ok, so I've come to a roadblock, and would like some feedback / input from other people, please.

Our forum, SA WebHosting Talk isn't doing too well, so I thought I'd add a blog (what about a wiki?) in order to get people to post more articles and other types of posts to get more viewers again Aparenly, wordpress is a very good choise due to it's SEO capabilities, but I find the integration of the two a bit "clumsy", or maybe I'm not using it properly.


So, here are some questions, please

• Would you use the blog as your main page to your domain? Or would you rather just have a link to it?
• Would you make the blog posts automatically post to your forum, or not? And why / why not?
• Would you make the comments on the blog posts to be on the blog, or the forum?
• How does one put a thing in the userbit to show how many blogs a user has posted, as in this forum?

I already have wordpress (SA WebHostingTalk Blog) integrated with our forum (SA WebHosting Talk) and users can automatically login to Wordpress without having to reregister. Posts from the blog also gets posted to the forum, but I think I'm going to disable that, and keep the blog seperate, but what are the pro's & con's of either setup?

I've just recently setup my blog for my forum.Its just new and updates on whats happening with the forum and for good videoas and picture and articles that might be posted on the forum.

I've kept it seperate as i use Vbadvanced.
