vB4 pub, WPMU Shareed Nav, documentation

Hi...

I'd like to create a "common navBar" for WPMU and vB4 so, no matter where you are on the site -- you can transparently access all other major sections of the Site, as well as all a quality menu outline demands.

Obviously, subsections, have their own subsets. But the "common top NavBar" & integrated cross domain support system, that can be replicated in other languages

Part of the emphasis on the project, is multi-cultural, multi-lingual --

So... I was thinking, should at les the documentation and support issues be in a wiki_subdir.inheritingearth.... so that they could be easily added to over time?

I'm completely green, and to try to think through the integration of vB & wordpress, multi-lingually -- makes my head hurt.

But,I'd definitely like suggestions on the best process approach, that once I get in running in one language, it will be easy to take docs/help-files, tutorials, and translate them.

Thanks
