do they have to be dating sites ? I have a friend with an adult forum site, are they accepted ?

Well, I was going to make it just online dating, but assuming the 'adult forum' isn't exactly 'porn oriented' I think I can justify adding that, yeah

I've added a category for just that. At the moment, the directory's been a complete failure. I didn't expect a huge bunch of submissions, but you can seriously hear the crickets creaking over there

Anyway, feel free to add your forums. Like I say, so long as they're adult and not pornographic...

just remember, things don't happen overnight, I had my directory for over a year b4 I was happy with the submissions..

I'll post some up soon, if you can afford to spend 60$ I strongly suggest trying submit helper. I posted a link here about it

basically they'll submit your site to about 340 directories

It didn't come through... which is bizarre, because another site has listed there without problems.

It's PHP Link Directory... but I'm thinking the problems are more to do with my host (247 Host) than anything. Normally, they're pretty good, but I think I'm sharing the server with someone with a bit more usage than me

I clicked on submit once. and it came back to the same page, saying the code I put in was not right, and gave me a new one, wich I put in, then clicked submit, and it just refreshed the page, no errors or anything. I just assumed it went through

ok, um, I tried again, and got this:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

OK guys... sorry about all of that: busy, busy weekend.

Yeah, curious email address. I guess you now know what my main server is called... I just run a heap of sites off it as 'addon domains'. Not to sound too paranoid, either, but now I'm happy that I chose a new username (my other one is all over the place) when I started doing my domain speculation!

Anyway. On with the show. I'm really curious as to what is going on, as there have been a few more sites added without issue. I tried to check my Apache error log but it seems that they rotate them every 24 hours, so I couldn't see any problems

Anyway, like I said, just PM me the details and I'll add it.
