In time this site should get good traffic by bulletin board admins and the better your thread looks and the more descriptive you can be, the better your ods are that you'll get some submissions for these forums..

So, add a descriptive title, and let us know what your looking for in the submission, if your directory is a niche directory, then let us know. If you have high traffic, let us know If you have PR, let us know...

The bottom line is, sell us make us want to add to your site...
