I am looking for a banner that is the same size as

I would also like to have both the Referees' Association logo on it
Sized down to fit, obviously.
And I also would like the words 'Coalville Referees' Association' to appear on the banner.
The reason the banner I show you I do not like is because the background is of
American Soccer and I need it to be English-football (soccer) orientated. Thus the Referees are wearing black and maybe even iconic Referees.
Would anyone be willing to create this for me, and if so how much would this be?
