Re: Hiding option
I've created an item for it here: Option for users to "minimize" slider and marked it as "under consideration". There's a big possibility we implement this so feel free to vote for that option.

Brandon, I was approved for Tweetboard and installed it on my vBadvanced. But, although I just did a Tweet, it shows as ZERO Tweets. Do I have to wait until tomorrow before it shows? Or, do I actually have to sign into Tweetboard to Tweet before it shows?

I would be more than willing to use this if that slider tab was smaller, and if my non-twitter users had the option to hide it.

Nothing to 'get over'... It's just annoying when you are trying to read and the stupid image is covering the text as you scroll (and even in fullscreen)

If you dont like the constructive criticism I guess you will have to (as you put it) "get over it"

Why do you want to give me crap about this? Why would I need to "research" other peoples comments about this? I don't need to validate the fact that the hovering image is annoying to other people before sharing my opinion on how it is annoying to me.

Do you use this same theory when your wife tells you to put down the toilet seat?

Why search for topics that have been posted already?? Are you serious, do you allow duplicate threads to be posted all over your forum... I doubt it
