You may notice a green tab on the left hand side (of the blog www.vbulletinsetup.com)
This is a Twitter tool called tweetboard

It's still in the testing stages, let me know if you have any issue with it

any way we can disable it per user? It's running into the content area and i hate things that follow my scrolling.

It should only be running into the content if you have clicked a reply.to or posted.at link
if can be minimized

the little tab runs into the content. the most used link for me on this forum is the "X Unread Posts", and this blocks the "X Un..." Part of it so I can't see it when on my laptop.

ah, it does on my wifes laptop too
I'll report it, see if we can have the option of moving it as well, maybe on the right hand side.

Sorry Brandon, but I have to agree. Nothing chases me away from a forum faster than those floating registration reminders. Some admins think they will increase registrations, but it drives me back out the door. And this widget is even more intrusive.

Thx for the feedback guys, we are working on getting a "close this tab" option so if you're not on twitter, you will never see it again

Most of you know I'm into testing the latest thing on all fronts, this is just another test and I appreciate you all putting up with it while we get it cleaned up.

It's a good idea but poorly executed IMHO. Seriously, the stupid thing overlaps the forum content and it's in ultraviolet red or ultraviolet green I think. I deserve better.

Hold on, we (I speak for the negative voters here) just give our opinion which the cojoneman asked. If negative feedback is not what is wanted, don't ask feedback.

And a hide-option will solve it perfectly.

I think it's safe to say that we have established the fact that it's annoying. We all gave our feedback (I personally hate it) and he said he's working on getting a "disable" or "close" option. That should be the end of it, really.

At least he 1) asked for our feedback, 2) is honoring the majority feedback by finding a way to allow us to remove it. He's being patient, but there's no need to threaten him with, "Either it goes or I do". Your voices have been heard; let's give him some time to work on it, shall we?
At least he's taken one step and decreased the width of the forum content area so the button doesn't overlap anymore.
