when we use link of picture (that is in other site) in post page (not attach),when source site remove the picture our site is omit the picture.are there any way that i import this picture to my host(not one by one) .?

You can allow your users to use attachments, that way they can upload pictures directly to your site, instead of uploading them to another site first.

For the photos that have already been posted, you would have to save them to your computer and then upload them to your host.

However if you are thinking of doing this to images which are not uploaded by your users and which belong to some one else and thus have been uploaded to their websites then do understand that in such a scenario you can be sued for copyright infringement!
