Admin rep power for moderators?

I always wanted to give my moderators the same rep power that Admins have (10 to start with by default), however, I wasn't able to find a hack for this that would work with vBulletin 3.6.4. Does anybody know of a hack like this that would work with the latest version? If not, does anybody know how this could be implemented? I can't see it being much more than editing some code.

No it isn't in the usergroups. There is a single setting for admins only to set their reputation power, however, this setting isn't available for any other user group.
