Email Posts based on UserGroup


Is there a Mod/Hack or a built in functionality that will send me a Email for any post by a certain UserGroup? I tried a search in VB and Google and couldn't find anything.

I have a Special Usergroup that I don't want to miss any posts from and they post in a bunch of different Forums on the board.

I really only want the email to go to me and just so I can be sure I don't miss a post. Their would be no way to subscribe, that I can think of.
