I released a few on vb.org - but not lately. I found even with taking time to document a modification well, people don't read it and ask stupid questions. So now I only release mods on my own site, then I can give better support, since I don't need to surf various sites answering the same questions.

Not many but they were released on a few vBulletin modification websites.

I've got a style up for download there; it's outdated though and I only have the latest version for download on my site.

I have a google analytics plus registration goal hack at vbulletin.org. I released versions for 3.5 Google Analytics Registration Goal Plugin - vBulletin.org Forum and 3.6 Google Analytics Registration Goal Plugin - vBulletin.org Forum.

I'll be releasing the 3.7 update once 3.7 is out of beta.

What's the link to yours?

Edit to add:
I found yours at vb.org. I like the way you put it in the admin panel. Note that Google states in once place to put the code in the body tag, and in another to put it in the header. I found that people with many hacks need to put it at the very beginning of the header because they can conflict and prevent ga from running. If you put it just before the /body tag, then you get analytics code only for those who load the entire page, which can be a good thing or a bad thing - depending on what the webmaster wants to see. You may want to give a choice in yours in the admin panel of where to put the ga code.

I'm going to try your hack out.

Can i ask see with Analytics it says :

Copy the following code block into every webpage you want to track.
Click in the box below to select all code. Copy and paste the code segment into the bottom of your content, immediately before the </body> tag of each page you are planning to track. If you use a common include or template, you can enter it there.

so would i just copy the code they gave me into my headinclude template?

Thanks.

Yeah, if you put it in your headinclude template, it works fine from there. You could also put it at the bottom of your footer template if you want it just before the /body tag.

Let me know how it works for you!

ok i'm just waiting on them checking my statistics or whatever it does. Then i'll install your hack. I'll reply in this thread to let you know how it goes.

Thank you.

I think i've done it properly,i upload the xml then went to my google analytics page and then goals and funnels then copied the details you put on the readme changing it to my sites url. The two links you've to add at the end they go in the funnels section right?
