This article will help you in accomplishing that.
- First, you must make a new Forum.
- Set it how you want, but make sure the setting: Forum is Active is set to NO.
- Personally, I also set Act as Forum to NO, and Forum is Open to NO.
- Create a Child Forum for the Forum you just made.
- Set Act as Forum to NO.
- Personally, I also set the setting Forum is Open to NO.
- Next make another Child forum for this forum you just added, which will be the forum in which users post into.
