I'm not sure it can even be done..and if it can great..

On my forum (themes4bb.com/forum), we post themes for BlackBerry Devices.
The posting consist of screen shots of the theme, along with an embedded download link to the theme.

What I'd like to know..since we do not use the Attachment Manager for this link...is how can I keep track how many times that item has been downloaded?

The link is embedded into the post..so a user can surf to the post via BlackBerry Browser and click the link...the theme is then downloaded directly to the BlackBerry.

Right now I cannot tell how many times each theme has been downloaded..and would like to know.

Any suggestions?

You could host them on rapidshare... and they keep count of it.

Is the theme located on your server? If yes then server logs will tell you how many times a particular file has been accessed. You can use a statistic software like awstats to check it.

1) I cannot use Rapid Share, these are not zip files, but a JAD file that depends on multiple COD files for execution.
