There is a replacement for vBplaza. It's called vBcredits and I use it on my forum. It's free, and there will soon be another free add-on to it called vBcommerce which is a shop mod.

You are right about that. vBplaza took too long to come out, and while version 2.0 is being promised, I think we all have grown impatient and even angry --> :abat:

Agreed...CMX seems to always have something going on which makes me think that his product with not be supported very well. I talk to Darkwaltz every now and then, but I ALWAYS see him on AIM and he's always looking to improve his products. I've decided to stick with DW and his products and if I don't buy any of his premium addons, I'll definitely be donating to the cause. He's a great guy, hard worker and great coder...he deserves some love ;)

Farcaster's Event Attendance (and Evercraft's event forums) and mods to make them work together. This is not a perfect solution but the best I've found so far. I'm definitely willing to find an alternative if you know of one (we have an active calendar and need to be able to both RSVP and discuss the event together).
