I am nearly spending at least 2-3 hours at vBSEO because i love that board. Everybody is trying to help each other , no stupid fights and no unnecessary information. There are tons of people who are trying to help each other expect the hard working staff. I know how busy they are because the sale numbers are going up and unfortunately noone bothers to read Readme.html or Search a thread. Thats why sometimes support is late but it only happens really rarely.

On the other hand lets talk about vBSEO which is a way better software then vBulletin. Of course it is funny because vBSEO cannot run without vBulletin However a regular vBulletin board is like a phpbb next to a vbseo'd board. It is totally magic. If vbseo touches your board in a way , next year you won't be able to recognize the old days because you would be overhelmes with bots , new members , more cash

I disagree with you Bradon, their support good but not always. They usually spend more time find threads and giving a redirect link. When they can just give a short answer.

I as a paid cusotmer do not find it a good responce to say customer go to that thread or reply and read the solution. If i need to look around on their forums then for what am i payign $30 per year for??? huh, just upgrades ??? Which by the way they have been very lazy at... vB 3.6.3 Gold is out and they havent yet released vBSEO Gold...

I'm not trying to pick on you but it seems you want 24/7 phone support that will answer every single question even if it's been answered already ?

vbseo development and vbulletin development do not rely on each other ;)

The vbseo team has been working very well IMO about upgrades and improving the script. They have a very good pre-release team that test the new version and report back with any bugs.

The regular members went from version 2.4.5 to 3.0 rc5 or 6.. something like that, but the pre-release team and coders have been testing version 3.0.0 rc1m rc2m rc3m rc4, etc....

This isn't a very good reason to dislike them They have a solid product that speaks for themselves, I'm sorry you think the support is bad but it really is the best support I've encountered, other then my current host, on the web in 5 years.

I recently went down to vbseo to have a look at their product, I'm sure VBSEO does increases abit of load for small sites, but sits with huge traffic its big no no, I know it does help and make urls friendly but at a cost.
On one of my recent site which is new recently bought and still working on it, I'm not sure whether to go with Vbseo or not since vb it self does most of all seo job like dynamic title, meta tags, etc. VBseo just re-writes urls??
Correct me If I'm wrong.
