I'm not going to have the time to take care of all the work that is coming into the forums.
I get 3 - 5 offers a week for admins looking to have some of the work done described here.

I also get a few ppl a week looking for graphics work which I know nothing about.

I've been charging 50-75$ an hour for vbulletin work. This includes upgrades, adding styles and adding hacks.
I actually charge 75$ an hr for the first 5, then 50/hr after 5.
I've done a fair bit of research and feel it's a good price for both parties.

I have no idea on graphics work but I know I've paid 15-25$ for a decent banner or logo for a site. I know really nice logo's can go for 50-250$ depending on the setup.

Well, I'm going to make or edit one of the forums in the marketplace for vbulletin/seo services. This forum will allow anyone to start a thread but only users of the X group will be able to reply as well as the OP.

I've been thinking for the last week and a half how I was going to do this. I've known that I wouldn't be able to keep up with the work request that are coming into the forums, you guys are already seeing some of them post in the marketplace now. I've been sending a few to whitemike and have done a few of the jobs, it should be pretty active if I push all work to the markeplace.
I've considered making a private subscription only group that could access these service request. I've thought of taking care of all the transactions, where you would actually be getting paid from me.

I've came to this conclusion.. I'm not going to charge users to be in this group. I'll offer work to you 24/7/365 at no cost to you but... I do ask that you try to help out in the forums. I don't want to see a user making 10 post and all post be in the services marketplace, while simple questions that said user could spend 5 mins and help out a newbie

I wish I had more time to spice up this thread some, maybe later one this week. I just don't have the time right now, I will be making a new blog post soon and should be pushing the newsletter out early this week.

I'm excited to tell you all about the big project I'm going to be working on.. It will really impress a few of you I'm sure.

Anyways.. I hope this will help vBSetup, I hope it helps some of you make a little cash, and I hope it helps all the admins that are needing some tweaking down to their forums.
