The first suggestion I have is to kill the session ID in your url's ?

like

remove the space between php?s=f3566....

I don't know off hand how to get rid of these tho ?

it's better then average, and gives ya something to work for

The session id's don't seem to be showing for me right now, so the next thing I would suggest is changing your welcome header into an image. This will help in your on-site SEO.
