The first thing I would check out is this
Powered by vBulletin in title tag [how to remove]

The title tag carries a lot of weight in the eyes of search engines.

if it is the grey/red style (since I found 4), the overall feeling is very nice. Just the headet with all images is heavy, maybe try to optimise the images. For modem users it takes quite some time to load. Once in cache it is ok but for first timers ....

unfortunately to run a image free header these days can look rather boring..

But once its loaded the first time the speed picks up.
