Glam Rock Talk

Well folks, although it's still under construction and I still am a couple of weeks away from the site being completed, I wanted to get some feedback and share my latest and greatest forum.... I give you all.... GLAM ROCK TALK

Here's my description of the site....

Glam Rock Talk is a discussion based forum website where fans of Hair Bands, Hair Metal, GlamRock, Glam Metal and everything to do with the late 80's rock scene can share their memories through the music and videos of the era.

The site is setup with a forum home where I've added some music and rotating videos on the side column (among a couple of other custom areas) and then I'm in the process of creating a 'home page' which will be sort of a 'band directory'. There will be some custom blocks with music, videos, links, products, etc on that page as well as banners (I have some 'test' ones on there now) for each of the bands will be to launch to the stand alone 'band pages'. Each 'band page' (see example here: Glam Rock Talk - The GRT Poison Band Page ) will have the history of the bands, photos of the band, playlists of the band's most popular music, videos of the band, a mini-chat area (YShout) block as well as polls and latest news of the bands. So, fans of the band can hang out on those pages and even comment about the page or the bands themselves.

So, it's a work in progress, but I wanted to share what I have so far. Please give me some feedback on what you think I could or should add. Oh, and feel free to join if you're into that type of music!
