Thanks for adding your site, I'm glad you were finally able to add it

The first suggestion I have is added some forum descriptions to all those forums..
Even if they are private, the forums are visible and some good descriptions would help in your search results.

I have some more suggestions, but we'll start slow

Thanks for the suggestion - it was a completely private site until just recently, so we hadn't even thought of adding those!

[HOW-TO] Make your Welcome Headers an image!

It's changing the welcome header that you added, to a text image.

Well.. I'd like to see all the post, but I can see some advantages to keeping a few private.
I would work on some link building, and try to build links to individual forums.
Have you ever messed with any social bookmarking ?

We have 3 external servers that we store DVD and lossless files on - we pay for the bandwidth and that's why the links to those files are private. We have had repeated DDoS attacks on them too, so that's why we had all the security things in place.

No, I've read a bit about social bookmarking but I don't really understand it! We are part of the U2exit banner network (our banner gets shown on many other U2 sites) and also we're in the top 10 of U2Fansites listing, and the u2webring. Those are the places we've got links.

How does social bookmarking work?? I really appreciate your help - we're now coming up #9 on Google when someone searches U2 forums! Pretty amazing I think

#9 is good, but I don't see why you couldn't make it to #1 for that phrase.

Thank you Brandon - I'm adding accounts to a few of these sites. We've had 6 new members in the past 2 days, I'm not sure where they're finding us from, but its good anyway!
