It looks good but may I suggest you loose the splash page, the tune is very annoying and I don't think splash pages have existed since 2001.

Explain something

My site have the INTRO PAGE (Flash Animation)
after this INTRO PAGE the user log in to the PORTAL.

The image have uploading by this site is old.

That was exactly the point I was making, most sites go straight to the portal page without an intro. But it is your choice, just thought I'd chime in with my 2 cents.

Splash pages in general are horrible for SEO, most of the time they use flash, it might was well be a blank index.html file.
If it were me, I'd kill the splash page and have the cms as the root URL.

As for the image request, I'll assume you mean the thumbnail image on the forumdisplay page ? It's automated and related to msn. Build more links to the forum page is my only suggestion.
