You might contact caddyman, he can make a pretty sharp welcome header image for a few bucks.

It was me when I had to edit the first post to put the link back in.
When I updated the link directory, it broke a few things.
You can edit the first post and edit the rating if you want, or I think if you post a reply with a rating it will override it.

all 1's is the default

Also what's wrong with the preview images? It's saying:

1. There was an error encountered with your upload:

* This is not a valid image file.
2. Error1 generating image
