I'll ask that you add a smaller image, it's making my screen scroll

Also, you're site makes me scroll side to side, I'd fix that. Not everyone is going to run high res or widescreen ;)
Maybe edit the side bar a hair.

Okay, now to some tips.

now let me take a look and see if we can find a few more suggestions.
You'll want to take a look @ [HOW-TO] Make your Welcome Headers an image!

I assume you have some connections with some graphics work from the style you have.
This is a good place to really make the welcome header special and inviting to new users.
I'll see if I can get a few examples.

Wow that link is surely something that could spice it alot up for our guests, thanks man i will use that for sure! More work to do now lol!

There is something that bug me with that welcome header. What is the right code so it align with the right sidepanel?
